This was our first time buying a home. I am new to the area and my fiancee grew up here (Parma/surrounding cities). We had our first meeting and brought our home needs to the table. Over time, our needs and wants changed the more we looked around. Michelle was understanding and helpful in our evolving preferences and ultimately helped us weed out all but the very few that met our criteria. We ended up closing on our dream home and Michelle was at our side the whole way, even when we decided to offer at 8am on a Saturday.
