Seven Hills is a city in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States. The population was 11,804 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.92 square miles (12.74 km2), of which 4.91 square miles (12.72 km2) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 km2) is water.
Notable residents of Seven Hills have included professional wrestler Dana Brooke (Ashley Mae Sebera) professional cyclist Joseph M. Papp, accused World War II war criminal John Demjanjuk, former professional football player Jack Squirek, as well as fashion designer and season five Project Runway competitor Stephen "Suede" Baum and New York City chef Andrew Carmellini. Painter and printmaker Julian Stanczak also lived in Seven Hills.
